Balancing Bear Yoga for Kids

Join us for a Kids Yoga Class with Balancing Bear Yoga! Learn about yoga breathing, mindfulness and poses. Music, props and games included. Recommended ages 3-7 but all ages are welcome. No experience necessary. Parents/caregivers are welcome to join in or watch! Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and wear comfy clothes.

This class is led by certified yoga teacher, Kelsey Iani.
