Beginner’s Yoga (In Person)

Sometimes the hardest step is the first one. Yoga is so much more than poses. You don’t need to be flexible, or in good shape; all you need is – you! This class is for anyone curious about yoga. Learn about fundamental poses, breathwork, and mindfulness and reap the benefits to feel good, reduce stress and anxiety, and become fully present. No previous yoga experience required. Please bring your own mat. Chairs can be provided to those recovering from injury or in need of additional support.
