Join Information Assistant Will for an afternoon of trying new things! A selection of our Library of Things collection will be available for patrons to test out in the library.
Our Library of Things is a collection of non-traditional items available to patrons to check out. This growing collection supports lifelong learning and creativity by providing the physical tools necessary to explore new areas of interest and learn new skills. For more information on the items, please visit the Library of Things in the online catalog at: http://ow.ly/owFs30ooUwT .
Drop-in and try your hand at various items, ranging from a sewing machine to a record player to a laminator to a crochet kit to a slide viewer to a seasonal daylight lamp to a cribbage board and more! While you can’t test out the baking pans in the library, there will be something baked in them for patrons to enjoy. Thank you, Will!
This program is for all ages, however those under age 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
