Gentle Yoga

Description: Join Beth Houlihan of Roots to Wings Yoga & Healing Center for a 60-minute Gentle Yoga class Tuesdays 11am-12pm at the Newbury Town Library. This will be a slower flowing gentle class that includes warm up stretching, breathing practices, twists and deep relaxation. Students are encouraged to listen to their body and honor any physical restrictions they may be dealing with. No prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and wear comfortable clothes.

Instructor Bio: Beth Houlihan is the co-owner of Roots to Wings Yoga & Healing Center. She teaches a vinyasa style linking postures, breath and energy practices to help students relax, open their physical body, quiet their mind and connect more deeply inside.
