Rollback: November 12, 2020

Appointments Inside the Library Are No Longer Available

In light of the recent state-wide developments, and in order to protect employees and the public, the Newbury Town Library has been instructed by Chief Lucy and the Newbury COVID-19 Unified Command Team to return to curbside-only services as of Nov. 12, 2020. Appointments are no longer available inside the building. We hope it’s only a matter of time before we can safely reopen to our patrons.

Curbside Hours Extended

To offset having to close to indoor appointments, we have extended our Curbside Pickup hours on Tuesday nights. Library patrons can now grab their reserved materials from 10am-7pm on Tuesdays. No need to schedule your pickup – just call us from the parking lot when you arrive and we will bring your materials out to the Curbside Pickup table.

Curbside hours are:

  • Tuesdays from 10am – 7pm
  • Wednesdays from 10am – 5pm
  • Thursdays from 10am – 5pm
  • Fridays from 10am – 5pm
  • Saturdays from 10am – 2pm
