Welcome to Simple and Sweet Story Time! Today’s theme was Dandelions!! And today, we took a special story walk outside to read our book, “The Dandelion Seed,” by Joseph Anthony – one of my absolute favorites. We walked through the library grounds, stopping at each station to read and look at the page of the book, and then we would move on to the next. As you can imagine this spring, there were plenty of real dandelions all around us. Then, we came inside to do some painting of dandelions. Some of the vocab words from the stories we read below are: DANDELION, SEED, FALL, WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER.
